Beta notice: Finality is in controlled beta and these pages may be updated as the service matures.

Audio Use

This page explains the practical audio-use guardrails for Finality during the controlled beta.

No uploads on the public site

The public Finality landing page and beta request form do not accept audio files. Do not send unreleased audio, private download links, credentials, or sensitive project material through the public request form.

Private beta uploads

If you are invited into the private beta app, uploaded audio is used for analysis and review so Finality can provide measured release-readiness guidance, Studio Notes, Manual Fix Guide, and version comparison. Uploads are not public submissions.

Ownership and rights

You keep ownership of your audio. You are responsible for uploading only audio and related materials that you own or have permission to use. Do not upload infringing, illegal, harmful, abusive, or private third-party material without the required rights.

No publishing or distribution

Finality does not publish, distribute, deliver, monetize, pitch, license, or submit your music or audio to public platforms. Finality does not transfer publishing or distribution rights through beta use.

No silent alteration

Finality does not silently alter original uploads. The beta is built around review, analysis metadata, and creator-controlled decisions. Any internal preview or DSP-related artifact, if available during testing, is internal-only, preview-only, non-destructive, and human-review required.

No automated repair or mastering claim

Do not treat Finality as an automated mastering, audio repair, editing, or release-delivery service. Any internal DSP or REAPER preview capability is not a public feature claim and should not be described as Finality fixing, mastering, or changing audio for users.

Retention and deletion during beta

Retention and deletion requests may be handled manually during beta unless formal automation is implemented and documented. Finality may keep uploads, metadata, logs, and analysis results as needed for beta operations, troubleshooting, security, legal or compliance needs, or until deletion and retention rules are finalized.
