Information we collect

When you request beta access, we collect the details you provide, such as name, email, creator type, country of residence, project description, release-decision goals, optional links, and consent acknowledgement. If you are invited into the private beta app, Finality may also collect account or access information, uploaded audio, related file and project metadata, analysis results, beta feedback, and technical or log data needed for security, diagnostics, abuse prevention, troubleshooting, and service operation.

How we use information

We use information to review beta access requests, operate and improve Finality, analyze uploaded audio for release-readiness guidance inside the private beta app, generate Studio Notes, Manual Fix Guide, and comparison results, respond to support or beta feedback, protect the service, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot issues.

Audio handling

This public landing page does not accept audio uploads. If you receive private beta app access, Finality may process uploaded audio for analysis and review. Uploaded audio remains your content. Finality may generate analysis metadata and results from uploads, but Finality does not silently publish, distribute, edit, master, or alter your releases. We do not make a public claim that uploaded audio is used to train models unless that is explicitly supported and approved.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. Information may be reviewed by authorized Finality team members for beta operations and may be shared with service providers or infrastructure vendors that help run the site, private beta app, delivery, security, diagnostics, and support. We may also share information if required for legal, safety, security, or abuse-prevention reasons.

Retention

During beta, we may keep beta requests, account or access information, uploaded audio, logs, metadata, feedback, and analysis results as long as needed for beta operations, troubleshooting, security, legal or compliance needs, or until deletion and retention rules are finalized. We avoid promising exact deletion windows that are not yet implemented.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards and private beta access controls appropriate for an early-stage service. No internet service can be guaranteed perfectly secure, so please do not submit private credentials, payment information, highly sensitive personal information, or unreleased audio links through the public request form.

Your choices and contact

You may contact Finality to ask about access, correction, deletion, removal, or privacy questions. Requests may be handled manually during beta. Email [email protected].

Children and minors

Finality is not intended for children under 13. Users under 18 should use Finality only with parent or guardian involvement where applicable.
