Beta notice: Finality is in controlled beta and these pages may be updated as the service matures.

Terms

These terms apply when you request access to Finality or use any private beta feature. Finality is operated by ThreeMinds Collective LLC.

Acceptance of terms

By requesting access, submitting beta information, or using the private beta app, you agree to these beta terms.

Beta nature of the service

Finality is in a private, controlled beta. Access is manually reviewed and is not guaranteed. Features may change, break, be removed, stay internal-only, or become unavailable. The beta does not include an uptime promise, service-level agreement, guaranteed launch date, or guaranteed response time.

What Finality does

Finality provides measured release-readiness review, Studio Notes, Manual Fix Guide, version comparison, and human-in-control guidance to help creators make better listening and release decisions.

What Finality does not do

Finality does not publish music, replace a DAW or engineer, guarantee commercial success, automatically fix, master, or edit audio, silently change audio, or provide legal, financial, or professional engineering advice. Creator judgment remains in control.

Your responsibilities

Only upload or submit content you own or have permission to use. Do not upload illegal, infringing, harmful, abusive, or private third-party content without rights. Do not misuse the service, probe security, attempt unauthorized access, overload systems, or share private access links or tokens.

User content and ownership

You keep ownership of your audio, project information, and other content. You grant ThreeMinds Collective LLC a limited permission to host, process, analyze, display, and transmit that content only as needed to operate the beta and provide results. Finality may generate analysis metadata, Studio Notes, Manual Fix Guide content, and comparison results from your uploads. No publishing or distribution rights transfer to Finality through beta use.

Feedback

If you share beta feedback, suggestions, bug reports, or workflow notes, ThreeMinds Collective LLC may use that feedback to improve Finality without an obligation to compensate you unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.

Confidential and internal features

Private beta screens, internal previews, unreleased capabilities, and development-only workflows may be confidential. Internal DSP or REAPER preview capabilities, if shown or discussed, are not public features, public launch claims, or promises that Finality fixes, masters, edits, or publishes audio.

Disclaimers

The beta is provided as-is and as-available. Results are guidance, not guarantees. Finality may help you notice issues or compare versions, but you decide what to release and remain responsible for listening, rights clearance, delivery, publishing, and professional review where needed.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, ThreeMinds Collective LLC and the Finality team should not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages from beta access, beta unavailability, or reliance on guidance.

Suspension or termination

Finality may suspend, limit, or revoke access for misuse, security risk, rights concerns, inactivity, operational needs, beta changes, or behavior that creates risk for other users or the service.

Governing law

Use of Finality during beta is subject to applicable law and may be limited, suspended, or updated as the service matures.
